The NPC account is for RP Moderator use only, but it's purpose is to provide players with something to react to in a thread, to provide an extra presence, a mood, etc. RP Moderators can post in a thread simply to change the weather or something else. The available instances are unlimited!
Sometimes the NPC account may post randomly, but if you would like to have something interesting occur in your thread, something even you weren't thinking about, PM the NPC account and request a post from it, linking to the appropriate thread.
